The HPC-AI Leadership Organization (HALO) is a user-based industry association consisting of recognized leaders in the use of High Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in their respective fields. Each of the three HALO geographic regions (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific) has 10 to 12 Advisory Committee members, spanning HPC and AI use cases across government, academia, and industry.

The purpose of HALO is to advance the state of the art in scalable computing, including both HPC and AI, independently or (often) in combination. By fostering cross-industry collaboration, leaders extend best practices beyond their own fields of interest and learn from one another’s innovations. HALO members also help to guide the course of technology development across HPC-AI, by influencing and participating in industry research that is followed by technology vendors and policymakers. HALO members interact in regular virtual events and get access to industry data and insights from Intersect360 Research.
